I am a seasoned CSR and Corporate Affairs professional with over 15 years of experience driving transformative initiatives across India’s industrial and development landscapes. Currently leading CSR strategy at Jindal Steel & Power, Keonjhar, I specialize in stakeholder engagement, land acquisition, government liaison, and community development—delivering measurable impact across sectors including livelihood, education, health, sports, skill development, and sustainability. Academically grounded with an MBA in Rural Management from KIIT University and a specialized certification in Rural Development Planning from AIT, Bangkok, I bring a strategic lens to every project I lead. My work spans plant and mining sites, rural and semi-urban regions, and includes both greenfield and brownfield environments, as well as grassroots NGO collaborations.
