Responsible for rejection control after SOP and process kaizen • Identifying and analyzing of casting defects CA and PA implementation. • Conducting CFT meeting for root cause analysis for defects both in-house & Customer end, make trial plan and trial good results sustenance activity. • Interaction with customers for project inputs and status. • Handling customer complaints & Tracking for that same in future. • Visiting customer end, to analyze the problem & finding solution for that.
