About Manoj N.

Manoj has over 25 years of experience designing, delivering and evaluating International development initiatives funded by Government, bilateral, multilateral, private sector, NGOs and other agencies in Asia and the Pacific. He has worked in senior management and advisory roles for DFAT-Australia, World Bank, Asian Development Bank, national governments, and CSO support organisations in the region. Manoj has exceptional strategic planning, leadership, technical advisory and partnership development skills. He managed operations in multi-stakeholder environments in several countries. His role included designing and providing strategic advice on evidence based policy and programming for international development investment, providing technical assistance to country teams for bilateral and multilateral programs, building capacity of partner organisations and facilitating partnerships among Government and other stakeholders to implement inclusion, accountability and sustainability. His experience includes evidence based programming and setting up partnerships for local development, improved governance, human development, development of local infrastructure and basic services, skills development and employment of youth, and management of natural and local resources.
