As an operations executive with a strong background in project management and customer relations, I have gained extensive experience in daily operations and deep cleaning. I am an easily adaptable team player with very good organizational skills, always eager to learn and innovate. Currently, I am working with NephroPlus Healthcare Service Pvt. Ltd. as a Center Manager at Asian Kidney Hospital, Nagpur, where I take care of daily center operations such as billing, stock handling, staff payroll data, month-end inventory, and communications with support office staff. In addition, I also manage two other centers of NephroPlus in Indore, M.P. Previously, I worked with Quess Corporation Ltd. Indore M.P. as an Operation Coordinator, where I handled daily operations of all sites, communicating with clients for their needs and feedback, as well as site representatives for daily reports. I have also worked with several hotels and convention centers, including Ginger Hotel, Golden Leaves Convention Center, Pride Hotels and Convention Center, and Hotel Anjushre INN, as a housekeeping supervisor, where I handled daily operations of the housekeeping department, such as briefing staff, duty allocations, material stock, laundry, and cleaning of public areas and floors. Before that, I worked as a sales executive at Al Kanz Jewels L.L.C. Dubai, U.A.E, and as a team member at Domino's Pizza Jabalpur. I hold a B.Com degree from C.V. Raman Uni. Chhattisgarh and completed a BTHNC in Aviation, Hospitality, and Travel Management from Frankfinn Institute of Airhostess Training, Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh, India. I am a service-focused individual who thrives under constant deadline pressure and strives to contribute to the growth of the organization I work for while continuously improving myself. My hobbies include listening to music, and I am proficient in basic MS Office.
