PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE AND EXPERTISES: Having more than 12 years of professional experience entirely from Mining Industry and specializing in all aspects of Mining viz, Exploration, Mine Planning, Quality Control, Strategic Planning, Feasibility Studies and also in Mining Business Development in entire Indonesia. The past experiences are from Coal, Iron Ore, and copper. Geographically I have worked in India, Singapore and Indonesia. KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREA: 1. Exploring new mines. 2 Open and development of new Mining project in Indonesia. Making hauling road for transporting minerals. Jetty construction including coal crushing plant and barge loading system. Liosioning work for getting legal permission. Strategize and coordinate the land compensation and land acquisition as needed by sites. Trading of Mineral. To Prepare an Operational Budget 9. Achieve target production in an economical way 10. Recruitment of Manpower 11. Controlling cost of the project with optimum design & process 12. Supervise construction and management team, adherence to systems 13. Procedures and ensure excellence in quality standards at site. Developing and implementing effective systems and processes for the management of multiple projects. Ensuring team work & team development 16. Techno-commercial viability of the project 17. Responsible for complete execution of projects within cost, time, by maintaining quality as per specifications. Responsible for Planning and resources mobilization. Responsible for day to day operations. Responsible for implementation of Safety at all sites and carry out safe working methods. Responsible for fulfillment of all statutory obligations. Responsible for independently handling the specified region as a profit center head. Last but not least, Production of ROM and O/B with safety of all resources as per Mine Planning.
