Starting in April 2022 and continuing to the present, I have been operating as an independent ATM Consultant, providing my expertise(35 years of experience in Air Traffic Control at Mumbai and Delhi Airport) to international firms in United Kingdom and Hongkong. Air Traffic Control ‑ Worked as Jt.GM(ATM) Head of Training at IGI Airport, New Delhi 2018 ‑ 2022 Head of Training in Terminal stream and responsible for controller's Training in Control Tower and Approach Surveillance Radar at IGI Airport New Delhi. In addition, worked with NATS, UK under the tripartite MOU among NATS, DIAL and Airports Authority of India since 2018 for enhancing the capacity of Delhi Airport by sectorizing the terminal airspace and imbibing the best practices available. Trained by NATS experts in their facility at Swanwick, UK and in Delhi under the Train the Trainer program. Attended as India's representative at ICAO meeting on "Combined South Asia/Indian Ocean ATM Coordination Group Meeting 8 and South East Asia ATS Coordination Group Meeting 25 (SAIOACG/8 & SEACG/25) in Combodia in 2018 Attended ICAO meeting on "Combined Tenth Meeting of the South Asia/Indian Ocean ATM Coordination Group and Twenty‑Seventh Meeting of the South‑East Asia ATS Coordination Group (SAIOACG/1 0 and SEACG/27)" in 2021. JT.GM(Airspace Management), IGI Airport, New Delhi 2010-2017 Designed RNAV SIDS/STARS for IGI Airport which became effective in 2011. As a project head, completed a project on "UPPER AIRSPACE HARMONIZATION" in Delhi FIR for which a Detailed Project Report was submitted to the management. The job included the sectorization of Area Control Sectors of Delhi, Jaipur, Lucknow and Amritsar airspace, detailing the equipment required at each controller's work positions, the console selection for different work stations in the Delhi ATS Complex. Also, the requirement of number of Transmitters and Receivers to be placed in different locations in Delhi FIR was computed.
