Key Achievements: Operational Excellence: Led initiatives for process safety, optimization, and root cause analysis, achieving an average plant availability of 98.5% with zero incidents across 21 operating sites in India. EPC Project Execution: Successfully developed three cost-effective oil and gas production sites (5 to 12 MMSCFD) from concept to reality within approved budgets and timelines in the last 24 months. Well Pad Establishment: Oversaw the erection, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and operation of 18 well pads with a total of 148 wells. Crude Oil Processing Trains: Led a team in designing, commissioning, and operating three crude oil processing trains, reaching a total capacity of 230 kbopd, with involvement in various stages such as FEED, design review, SIL study, HAZOP, and commissioning. World's Largest EOR & Polymer Facility: Delivered a 100 Kbpd PAM Mother solution at ppm concentration, receiving recognition for the successful completion of the world's largest EOR development in 2015. Safe Plant Operation: Achieved 99.5% plant availability and zero incidents over a three-year tenure as Business Delivery Head. Captive Power Generation System: Developed a system comprising six fired boilers, 240 km of steam pipelines, and a 60 MW power generation and distribution system. Maintenance Management System: Established SAP PM/MM/WHM modules, issued 250 POs, managed contracts, and recruited over 250 contractor staff during the first year. World's Longest Pipeline: Played a crucial role in the installation and commissioning of the world's longest crude oil export pipeline. Offshore Facility Project: Successfully completed fabrication, laying, flushing, and commissioning of a 6.0 km long pipeline, along with a 2.3 km long pipeline below sea bed using specialized techniques. Capacity Enhancement: Increased crude oil processing capacity from 12k bopd to 25k bopd through detailed engineering, HAZOP, and strategic execution. Crude Oil Pipeline Project: Managed the entire process from pre-survey to budget approval for a crude oil pipeline, including route identification, utility requirements, and cost estimation.
