I am a seasoned professional with 12+ years of expertise & proven track record across domains of Strategy, Marketing, Business Development, and Product Management in CPG, Retail, and Technology industries. I am passionate about driving business growth through creative solutions, strategic marketing initiatives, and delivering business transformation. Currently, I am a technical consultant in the Product Management craft for Publicis Sapient, helping CPG & Retail clients discover their true product potential via mapping customer journeys and leveraging the possibilities of enhanced business potential. Prior to my transition into Technology domain, I was setting up Channel Marketing and Customer Experience vertical for an e-mobility start-up, getting hands-on exposure to building from scratch. Previously in my stint at LG, I spearheaded several marketing initiatives and worked on multiple facets of Brand Management, Growth Strategies, Competitive Landscape Analysis, and Stakeholder Management. I actively designed a well-rounded marketing mix and activation calendar that aligns with the brand's guidelines and overall regional strategy to cater to different markets' unique needs and preferences. I implemented product roadmaps and pioneered digital transitions for brand stores by leveraging digital tools for online advertising, utilizing social media platforms, and exploring innovative ways to leverage technology for sales growth. Before this, in my stint in the Trade Marketing & Institutional Sales role at Godrej group, I headed brand custodianship, channel management, and assessed business feasibility for different distribution channels while developing exclusive brand outlets.
