About Manojkumar Sridharan

I am an experienced Software Engineer who has worked with a huge and diverse catalog of brands from all over the world. My specialties include, but are not limited to, Software Development, WordPress, Shopify, Javascript, jQuery, CSS3, HTML5, PHP, Laravel, and Responsive Design. However, with the ever-changing tech landscape, I am always enhancing my skills, learning new development languages, and ensuring I can exceed clients' expectations with my solutions. It was after completing my studies at Southampton University that I became a Developer, working on a variety of web development projects for clients. This reinforced my passion for development and secured my career path. I then returned to India where I set up MOBO Media along with a business partner, growing the agency from a small web design boutique into a multi-national software development agency that offers a huge collection of services such as developer outsourcing solutions, SEO, bespoke software development, UI development UX development, graphic design, online marketing services and much more. MOBO now employs a large team of people across two offices in South India (Chennai and Tirukoilur). Although a hands-on Developer first and foremost, I have over the past ten years progressed in my career and assumed many different roles. This includes being Head of Development at MOBO, taking the lead on complex development projects that require a strategic approach, and the management of large teams of developers and creatives. Having such input in the overall running and growth of the business has seen me think more commercially. I believe I have evolved into not only a great Developer, but a great businessman too! I find my work true labor of love, having found a career that allows me to exercise my passion for tech, meet world-leading entrepreneurs and develop my skills as a top-level manager within a creative business.
