2024: Promoted to EMEA FM Suppliers Control and Reporting Manager at Chubb (European Group): • Supporting Corp. Real Estate transactions & reporting of internal KPI’s • Financial Control lead for the FM & CRE budget (OPEX and CAPEX) – generating and maintaining budget and report models, interacting with the key stakeholders to align budget-actuals-strategy both in short, mid and long-term projections. • Contract owner of the FM suppliers/contracts/services of the EMEA region. o Lead QBRs, ensuring KPI’s are aligned with the company standards and contracts. o Analyzing and proposing efficiencies and savings in agreement with local stakeholders • Reporting and process owner for FM operations and financials. o Part of my contribution on this aspect has been to implement a completely new reporting model using different technology such as PowerBI with interactive reporting with targeted audience, simplifying updates and automatizing data process to facilitate the generation of reports on demand, quickly and accurately. • Lead all supply chain processes for regional contracts across the EMEA region. • Manage & supervise purchase orders and internal cost approvals, through a direct team of 2 • Main Point of Contact for FM related technology projects, such as desk & room booking system or internal reporting systems, among other deployments • Key Point of contact between CRE & FM and Procurement, Physical Security, IT, IT Security 2022: joined Chubb (European Group) as EMEA Assistant Facility Manager direct report to the Head of EMEA FM and Corp. Real Estate to manage the budget, portfolio and FM vendors; with customer-focus, processes improvement, reporting of KPI's - financials, FM applied tech-tools, maintain relationship with principal suppliers, space planning, etc; among other key responsibilities. 2020: developed 15 Oracle-APEX-based tools to manage asset control, budget control, diverse information gathering tools such as parking & spaces reservation, to facilitate REF Spain and Portugal team to manage services during pandemic time. 2018-2019: developing a refitting of Oracle Digital offices in Malaga: 12 months, all services and employees moved, GREAT Team! 2016: managed opening of a second location (1800sqm) in Malaga. 2012: managed move from old location (3500sqm) to brand new offices in Malaga, 2010-11: managed refurbisment and upgrade from 1500 to 3500sqm.
