About Manon Decelles

Passionate, entrepreneurial and result-oriented leader with >25 years experience in the pharmaceutical industry in finance, marketing, strategy and business development. Fluently bilingual, Manon has a consistent track record of success and a wide international business network of pharmaceutical executives. She managed the commercialization of a wide range of pharmaceutical products and worked on numerous deals including licensing as well as company and asset acquisitions. She started her career in corporate finance with Marion Merrell Dow. She took roles of increasing responsibility in Marketing, Strategy and Business Development with leading pharmaceutical and Fortune 500 companies including Aventis, Sanofi, Pharmascience and McKesson. In 2018, she founded Pharmdside Strategic Business Advisors, building a full service BD consulting firm with former colleagues from the industry.
