About Manos Vasilakis

Manos started his professional career in 1990 as a Telecoms R&D Engineer in INTRACOM Group. Within the next 15 years, he advanced in different technical and marketing positions within the Group, arriving to become the General Manager of Marketing & Sales responsible for almost 1BN$ sales in 30 countries. From 2006 until 2011, he founded a number of Technology Companies in more than 10 countries in SE Europe in the fields of Telecoms, IT and Managed Tech Services. Manos exited successfully from 2 of those start-ups by 2011. In 2011 Manos founded CRI Group in Luxembourg. Under his management CRI became an acknowledged and accomplished provider of technology consultancy and digital transformation services in the European Institutions market, having solid presence in Belgium, Luxembourg, France and Greece. In 2021 CRI Group was sold to VASS, a large Spanish IT group. Manos is a very active member of the new technologies society, pioneering the transformation of Value Added Services in Mobile Networks and Content monetization. In the last 10 years he has been in the Advisory Board of Regional Technology Companies, as well as of Innovative Startups. In 2019 Manos founded Novelty Media Inc in US. Novelty Media has built a framework of marketing and technology innovations, named SmartAdd, that enable the global Mobile Operators to build a transformative Media service within their offering. SmartAdd challenges the established digital media by creating a fresh and unsaturated content viewing experience on mobiles. It is a monetization powerhouse that creates new income for Mobile Operators in a very impactful manner. Combined with socially impactful initiatives it re-invents and radically disrupts the delivery of content and will soon become a global media endorsed by Mobile Operators. Manos also invests in high-yield real estate development projects, shipping and renewable energy projects.
