About Manreet Kaur

Hi myself Manreet Kaur, a full time diploma student in Human Resource Management Business program at Durham college and full time DC associate at H&M Logistics warehouse in Ajax. My career started in the logistics industry, where I honed my skills in managing and packaging of online orders, handling employee relations, and fostering a positive work environment. I first dived into the fast-paced world of warehousing after having the chance to contribute to the development and success of a construction company. I'm now a DC Associate at a prominent H&M warehouse. I have spent a lot of time in this position learning about the logistics, inventory control, and supply chain complexities. I previously worked as a cashier at the Mexican restaurant Chorizo Fresh Mex, where I developed my communication and leadership abilities as well as my ability to work quickly and manage multiple tasks. It was a big transition for me to move from the food business to logistics, but my abilities really helped. I perform best in situations that need me to change and pick up new skills, and I am adamant that an organization can reach its goals with the aid of strong cooperation, effective communication, and continuous progress. I am constantly ready to accept new problems at work and try to tackle them at my best.
