About Mansi Dhingra

I am a skilled public sector expert and public policy professional, with over 5 years of experience with the Government of India. As a strategic public sector consultant, I have helped government and public sector organizations achieve their strategic objectives by helping improve their performance through analysis of existing problems and the development of improvement plans. I have worked on the social policy problem of unsafe migration, government policy planning and priority setting, risk analysis and capacity building for Fragility and Conflict-Affected Situations, etc. My work has involved collaborating with people from marginalized communities in India as well as subject matter experts in the Southeast Asia region. I am able to apply a wide range of transferable skills in the social impact consulting and development sector. I was awarded a full scholarship to pursue Master's degree in Public Policy at the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy (LKYSPP), National University of Singapore. For my leadership efforts and executing result-driven initiatives like Policy Hackathon and Social Policy Consulting Club, I was honored with the prestigious NUSS Gold Medal for outstanding achievement and Dean’s Leadership Award (First prize). I am first generation learner with a deep interest in international development and want to utilize my skills to solve social problems and make a positive impact on the lives of those who face challenges similar to my childhood experiences.
