I gained hands-on experience in the management, configuration, and implementation of the ServiceNow platform, as well as flow designing, form development, scripting, application, mobile development, and service portal development. I also earned relevant micro-certifications and a Certified System Administrator credential from ServiceNow, demonstrating my proficiency and expertise in the platform. With a Master's in Business Economics (MBE), I also have a strong background in business administration and finance processes, to understand different business domains and consumer behavior. I have worked in client-related processes for five years, delivering quality service and solutions. I am passionate about building a career in ServiceNow, where I can use my skills to solve business problems and explore ServiceNow offerings.
