Various project includes civil construction of buildings for the Expansion Phase-3 at IRMA, including Executive Hostels, Academic Complexes, and Students' Messes. 2)Project includes renovations to make the campus disabled-friendly, including ramps and toilets. 3) Other projects also includes renovations to over fifty residential quarters, fire hydrants, waste segregation, a biogas plant, and plastic waste recycling. Energy saving project also includes replacing conventional lightning with LED and replacing old fans with BLDC for energy efficiency.The campus maintenance includes major civil works, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HAVC system repairs. It also includes sanitation and gardening, managing outsourced workers. The campus includes a 60-acre site with academic blocks, office buildings, library, auditorium, dispensary, dining hall, sports and recreation center, faculty housing, and hostel blocks. Waste management includes composting, segregating waste, implementing bio-gas plants, installing sanitary incinerators, and building recharge wells.The campus maintenance includes planning and estimating budgetary requirements, providing engineering guidance, initiation and approval of purchase order requests, operation and maintenance of lifts, 11-KV sub-station, air conditioning, RO units, refrigeration, water supply, sewer drainage, and transport.
