As an Epic Consultant at Dubai Health (Previously known as Dubai Health Authority), I leverage my ASAP Epic Certification and over 10 years of healthcare IT experience to develop and implement scalable EMR solutions for various healthcare facilities in the region. I am adept at coordinating with different levels of hospital and medical staffs, facilitating the build and support of the 2020 Expo and the Dubai Airport Medical Center, and pioneering the project for all the COVID vaccination and quarantine centers under DHA.I am passionate about enhancing the quality and efficiency of healthcare delivery through innovative and user-friendly EMR systems. I have successfully led and supported diverse and geographically distributed teams across the areas of EMR/HIS in U.A.E, United States, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, India, and Qatar. I have also earned multiple certificates of appreciation from various stakeholders for my contributions to the Corona Virus Built in the system and the Trauma registry. I have extensive knowledge of various EMR modules, such as Registration, Physician, Nursing, Ordering, Oncology, Pharmacy, OR, Infection Control, Reporting, Risk and Quality, Food and Beverages, and BDI.
