I aspire to be an Engine for Transformation and Digitalization of Delivery processes and solutions for technological companies in the Telecommunications sector- I'm an experienced (past 3,5 years) Project Manager acting on Transformational Digitalization projects for Care processes/solutions at Nokia bringing benefits of up to 1,5Mio/Year/Project- Previously (>20years) I went through a technological journey focusing Mobile Core & RAN at Nokia where I lead operational teams on Care Service Delivery at the GSD (Global Services Delivery) with a critical focus on optimization & continuous improvement on processes/practices via the actual techniques such as Six-Sigma- I know the current challenges on the Services delivery area of the Telecommunications sector with the need of adaptation and capitalization of constant change in pursuit of higher efficiency, OPEX reduction and TCO reduction as differentiation factors for the customers- I'm experienced in SaFe Projects developing worldwide solutions for centralization (Data Lakes, Master Data Centered) and simplification (Tool landscape, Salesforce, PEGA.) of Delivery processes on Care services- I have a recorded ability to create trusted relationships with all areas of the organization as well as with Customer and Partner companies (3rd Parties) operational teams on the Projects I have lead- I'm invested on acquiring the PMP@PMI Certification- I embrace change enthusiastically and have a deep interest on Innovation as I participated on many Continuous Improvement, Lean and Six-Sigma, Design Thinking (UI/UX) programs as well as in Social Responsibility area (awarded).
