About Manuel Blesa

20 years of experience in construction. I have worked in Building and Railway Infrastructure Projects as a Project Manager and Quantity Surveyor. In addition to my construction experience, I have systematic, negotiation and excellent problem solving skills. I am used to getting good result working under pressure. MAIN PROJECTS: 1- The high-speed train station US$ 2- Condominium with two hundred forty three dwellings. 3- Local train station US$ I'm expert with Presto (Management software for construction), Autocad 3D and Microsoft Office pack. ACHIEVEMENTS •As a Quantity Surveyor, I controlled costs on 3 or 4 projects at the same time. The quantities were always among USD and •As a Project Manager at Aldesa, I had to organise the work in two shifts everyday including weekends and bank holidays because the project had a very tight deadline to finish. •As a project Manager at Horcona, I was managing three different works in the same site with different consulting and contract but same developer. •As a Deputy Project Manager, I had to modify cost control procedure on the site work according to the new procedure implanted at Horcona. •My first job as a QS, I performed valuations of contract works which were USD 2 million each.
