I've had the privilege of working in diverse industries, including healthcare, a women-owned tech business, local media, and the luxury hospitality sector. Each experience has added to my IT expertise and honed my ability to communicate complex technical concepts in an accessible way. I graduated from CSU Sacramento with a BA in Communications, which perfectly complements my IT career. My background in communications enables me to effectively translate technical jargon into clear, actionable steps for end users. I don't just fix problems; I empower users to understand and resolve issues independently, boosting productivity across the board.
