About Manuel Cepeda

Early on my career, I understood that one of the key factors of failure in innovative and changing environments had to do with the paradigmatic inconsistency between traditional management strategies versus iterative and incremental strategies. Looking for chances to deal with this challenge, I found at agile methodologies and innovation strategies the key conceptos to tackle the problem. I realize that in my country lot of people where doing a wrong approach to this type of endeavors, so i take the challenge to teach and show how to tackle them better. Currently my emphasis is on finding effective answers to one of the great challenges that large organizations in Chile and the world seek to solve today, which corresponds to the effective integration of business, culture and technology in environments of high uncertainty. The above allowed me to help the creation and improvement of many technological products and business models mainly in large companies.
