I have dedicated more than twenty years to international hospitality, between Spain and the Dominican Republic. Throughout my career, I have successfully led large-scale hotels under both ownership and management contracts, navigating complex destinations and turning challenges into opportunities for growth. I firmly believe that hospitality is not only about figures and financial results, but about people and experiences — both for guests and for staff alike. I have had the privilege of working alongside outstanding professionals from whom I have learned, while also mentoring and developing others who today hold senior management and General Manager positions in different hotels. Nothing makes me prouder than seeing people around me grow and knowing that I contributed to their success. My hands-on and approachable leadership style has allowed me to build stable teams in high-turnover environments, inspiring commitment, pride, and authentic service that guests remember. I am passionate about transforming hotels into solid, sustainable, and competitive products, generating value for owners and brands, but above all creating memorable experiences that make every stay feel unique — always maximizing the possibilities within each company’s resources. Even when the properties I managed were not luxury by definition, my mission was to make guests feel that level of care and attention. Because in the end, true luxury does not live within the walls of a resort, nor is it measured by the number of stars it holds. Authentic luxury is not about marble or caviar, but about the ability to create moments that remain in memory and make every guest feel at home.
