I am co-founder and CEO of Multiburó, a pioneering company in the Real Estate Fintech sector, specialized in data and analytics applied to real estate leasing. At Multiburó, we are revolutionizing the real estate market with our plug & play platform for end-to-end rentals, which speeds up the right selection of the ideal tenant up to 10 times faster. Our risk models, based on data science, transform complex information into accessible analysis, thus democratizing knowledge in the sector. In addition, we innovate in the generation of lease contracts with authenticity guarantee, which act as legal proof of good faith in cases of property forfeiture. We offer coverage against tenant defaults, ensuring the legal recovery of the property and rents owed efficiently through alternative justice. We have created the most advanced tenant analysis model and we are forming the largest property leasing database in Mexico. Multiburó has been recognized both nationally and internationally for its high degree of innovation and impact in the real estate sector. I am also the Director of Innovation at AMPI (Mexican Association of Real Estate Professionals Guadalajara) and the founder of the first real estate accelerator program.
