About Manuel Moreira

B2B (CSM as bakery and ingredients industry) and B2C (Osborne, Red Bull, San Miguel, Mahou, Coca Cola.) businesses have been managed by me along my professional track. I have always maintained a direct relationship with the Food Service business, either by negotiating directly with some international accounts (Mc Donald's, Starbuck's.), as well as coordinating KAM's teams, as well as managing field teams and RTM's to extend the effectiveness of the agreements from headquarters. Spanish and Portuguese markets, with a deep contact with food wholesalers and independent/organized customers (HORECA, Bakers, Impulse…) have been my context to work. Different RTM models have been managed: direct field sales, telesales, exclusive and not exclusive wholesalers, direct from primary warehouse… Family (Osborne, 1st stage of San Miguel) and Multinational (Danone’s San Miguel, Coca Cola, CSM…) companies also gave flexibility in my company culture approach. In adition, I have led wide and complex sales teams along all the career, trying to bring them to the support of the rest of functions, mainly Marketing, Trade Marketing, Finance, Planning and Supply Chain.
