About Manuel Mota

With nearly 4 years of experience in IT consulting I have worked on technological transformation projects across various geographies, from the Middle East to the Netherlands and Nordic countries. I consider myself proactive, outgoing, empathetic, and determined, with a strong ability to integrate socially. My effective communication skills allow me to collaborate successfully and build positive relationships with both team members and diverse project stakeholders. In addition to my day-to-day project work, I had the opportunity to lead workshops about the Agile methodology for school teachers at Deloitte’s office and conduct similar sessions for their students at local schools. This experience on internal initiatives allowed me to engage with both new and older generations, shaping my critical thinking and enhancing the way I interact with others. I am passionate about Digital Transformation, Project Management, and developing collaborative environments. I am highly motivated to continue learning and developing my personal, social, and professional skills. Outside of work, I am an avid sports enthusiast, especially in football, padel, and skiing.
