23-year-old first-generation Mexican-American entrepreneur. One of my core memories is watching my mother and father work when I was younger. One thing I admired about watching them open up a business, was being able to watch them grow as business leaders, which grew a passion in me for leadership. Here are some of my following Career achievements - Stepped into leadership positions with all 4 of my past employers- Was able to successfully improve business revenue by about $7k a month, by addressing department deficiencies and providing a Efficient solution - Able to Decrease Employee retention when stepping into a leadership position- Obtained Employee of the month, being acknowledged by my current CEO for my leadership skills and work ethics - Creating and managing a social media platform for 3 small businesses within my local community.
