About Manuel Palomares

Throughout the course of my professional career, I’ve positioned myself as a transformative, solutions-oriented, and highly efficient professional leveraging years of technical program management and engineering acumen to achieve diverse goals, objectives, and milestones. As such, I’ve become skilled in developing and managing schedule, budget, resource, and scope for diverse projects, ranging from conceptualization to regulatory filing and commercialization. In addition to the aforementioned, I’m proficient at developing, driving, tracking, and reporting on program plans, detailed project schedules, critical path analysis, project and product risks, and program deliverables. I’m also well-versed in collaborating with all members of the organization, from cross-functional teams and vendors to key leadership and stakeholders, to ensure seamless achievement of project deliverables and program milestones, on time and within budget. Likewise, I’m especially adept at conveying technical, business, and program information clearly and effectively through ongoing documentation, reporting, presentations, and meetings to project teams and senior management.
