About Manuel Ramirez

I am a City College graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Applied Mathematics. Throughout my coursework, I gained an interest towards Data Analytics. I executed data analysis using Excel and SPSS. I performed optimization, interpretations, and calculations with MATLAB. Acquired knowledge of code development and debugging in C++. Alum for the Data Analytics apprenticeship at COOP where I developed my Data Analytics skills through rigorous training with hands-on workshops involving Excel, Google Analytics, SQL, Salesforce, Tableau, Programmatic, Paid Social, and Media Planning. It has helped me prepare and seek analytical roles in data driven industries. Towards the end, I was also voted to represent my cohort as an ambassador. My time at UM has given me the opportunity to develop dynamic Tableau dashboards displaying competitive analysis results to internal and external stakeholders. Streamlining the analytics processes for data management with large data sets from multiple digital platforms to expedite reports. I plan to pursue a career in Data Analytics with a focused mindset to address the importance of data and how it can impact a business for decision making, visualizations, and forecasting using my digital skills, certifications, and excellent mathematical background.
