About Manuel Rischer

As an expert in learning and change communication, I have conducted learning needs analyses and developed tailored training and change concepts for large organizations. As a project manager, I guided cross-functional teams through change and training development processes. At the same time, I am a creative learning designer with strong expertise in various authoring and performance support tools like Articulate Rise and Storyline, WalkMe, and TTS. My passion for learning technology has also led me to become certified in different learning solutions like SAP Enable Now, which I successfully implemented from both a technological and organizational perspective. Based on my background in adult education and learning psychology, as well as my experience from various software implementation projects, I consistently connect technology and agility with human centricity. Now I use my experience and background to improve the performance of our sales teams.
