Performance and successful results have driven my international experience of over 20 years in finance and management in listed international groups as well as small/mid-size companies, overseing 200 M€ of turnover. I have managed teams up to 25 persons, with a proven track record in implementing companies accounting, controlling, consolidation following headquarter financial standards and maintaining an excellent team spirit in face of growth and/or reorganization phase. My hands-on and all rounded experience includes roles with a country responsibility as well as central corporate function. I have worked with a focus on the development of business controlling, administrative processes change & optimization, treasury, cost reduction, team management, and the integration of new subsidiaries into group’s systems and procedures. I have also coordinated procurement, IT and invoicing services, taken part in ERP and shared service center implementation projects, and dealt with several operations of acquisition, integration and merger of entities. I have a strong ability to adapt to and understand cultural differences and have strong languages skills, achieving fluency in French, English and Italian.
