I have dedicated my career to elevating cities' voices and actions on the global stage. With over 12 years of professional experience in government, non-profits, and international cooperation, my expertise lies in city-led diplomacy and strategic partnerships, fostering collaboration to address critical global issues. Currently, I work with two leading international organizations. As the Advocacy and Partnerships Lead for Breathe Cities, I help cities and their leaders advocate for cleaner air. My role centers on underscoring the global urgency of clean air, fostering urban leadership, and engaging external partners to amplify the cause and inspire change. Simultaneously, as the City Engagement Lead at the Mayors Migration Council, I develop strategies to deepen mayoral engagement and foster international partnerships to advance global action on migration. My work emphasizes the critical role cities play in shaping inclusive migration policies. My passion for migration and environmental issues was cultivated during my tenure as Director of International Relations at the Mayor's Office of Barranquilla. There, I worked on positioning the city as a leader in global discussions on these topics. This experience motivated me to continue championing these causes on an international scale through my current roles. I hold a Master of Public Administration from the London School of Economics and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from the University of Pennsylvania. Fluent in English and Spanish, I am passionate about creating positive impact through collaboration, leadership, and communication.
