Manny has over 25 years of experience in Instrumentation and Control Systems Engineering across different sectors in Oil & Gas (Upstream, Midstream and Downstream), Petrochemical and Fertilizer plants. With extensive international exposure to multiple projects in the US, Middle East, Asia and Latin America, Manny has developed a versatile skill set adaptable to diverse working environments and challenges. Engaging with high level executives to communicating effectively with plant operators and technicians, Manny has proven he can drive projects and sales objectives successfully. A champion for continuous improvement at all levels, from continuing education to technological advances to improving reliability, efficiency and safety, Manny is consistently sharpening the saw. Since joining REXA in 2016, Manny has successfully grown the Oil & Gas Industry every year. His strategic development of sales and tactical marketing plans has positioned REXA to become one of the top process control companies in the world. He has participated in many projects across the world for clients such as ExxonMobil, BP, Chevron, Shell, Saudi Aramco, Marathon, ADNOC, PetroNas, Enbridge, Formosa, Kinder Morgan, Pemex, EcoPetrol, Total, Sasol, Dow, and LyondellBassell.
