I worked as Anevar valuator since 1996 I was part of valuation teams invloved in big companies valuation - privatization puposes. Since i was in charge with valuation for different purposes: bank guarantees, selling, financial reporting. As Head of Valuation Department I was in charge with the implementation of the Group (EFG Eurobank) procedures in the new created structure; a new valuation division was established in 2005 having as main responsability the Bank (Bancpost) collaterals valuation. The 2005 Bucharest team started with 3 valuators (including myself) and one administrator and in 2008 the team includes 7 valuators and 5 administrators. The whole valuation structure involved another 14 valuator (in house local valuators) and about 40 collaborators in the different Romanian cities. Specialties: Anevar member since 1996 as business valuator. In I become real estate valuator. In 2003 and 2005 I become Acreddited Member of Anevar - Real Estate Properties Valuation. RICS member started with 2009.
