I have a degree in Commercial Management and certifications in leadership and port operations, which equip me with the skills and knowledge to navigate complex and dynamic environments. In one of most recent role, I developed and implemented strategic sales guidelines for the product/service area, analyzed performance and defined tactical plans to achieve sales targets, and enhanced communication channels such as social media, websites, newsletters, and publications. I also identified, mapped, and developed business opportunities, conducted market and competitive analysis, and defined marketing strategies. I was responsible for delivering high-quality presentations, building and maintaining relationships at all levels, and ensuring compliance and conformance with HSSE and risk standards.
