Nutro una grande passione da oltre 20 anni. E' una passione che si è sviluppata, arricchita, rinnovata, continuando a "registrare un segno positivo anno su anno"! In questo periodo mi sono sempre occupata di Formazione, soprattutto nel settore commerciale, curando il processo di training nella sua completezza. Esperta delle principali metodologie didattiche (formazione d'aula, formazione on-the-job, coaching, simulazioni e role-playing, e-learning, workshop, focus-group.). Principali ambiti di intervento: analisi bisogni formativi; gestione del budget; organizzazione e gestione di sessioni d'aula, altamente esperienziali, in ambito soft skills e prodotto/servizio; organizzazione e coordinamento eventi motivazionali; gestione FAD; monitoraggio e valutazione dei risultati - I’ve had a great passion for over 20 years. It’s a passion that has developed, enriched and renewed itself by continuing to "achieve a positive outcome each year"! During this period I have always been involved in Training activities, especially related to the trade field, taking care of the entire training process. I am an expert of the main teaching methods (classroom training, on-job training, coaching, simulations and role-playing, e-learning, workshops, focus groups.). Main intervention areas: analysis of training needs; budget management; organization and management of highly experiential classroom sessions regarding soft skills and product/service areas; organization and coordination of motivational events; FAD management; monitoring and evaluation of training activities.
