About Manuela Dospina

I have recently taken on a new position as a Senior Strategic Planner at Mercury360 and their sub-division Mantia. With over seven years of experience, I have worked with clients across various industries, such as Blockchain, MedTech, Fintech, Executive Search, FMCG, and e-commerce, as well as luxury retailers locally and internationally, focusing on brand strategy. My core competencies include developing product value propositions, brand strategies, and employer value propositions and identifying brand archetypes and stories. I also lead creative campaigns closely with the creative department, ensuring alignment between strategy and execution. In addition to my professional work, I am the co-founder and lead coordinator of the Museum of Intimacy, a personal project to promote vulnerable relationships and educate people about intimacy. Through this project, I work with volunteers and psychologists to organize workshops in schools and companies, as well as curate an online collection of stories, memories, and thoughts received from people all over the world. My mission is to create a community that fosters empathy, acceptance, and healthy communication around emotional intimacy.
