About Manuela Green

Manuela has 15 years’ experience in the Construction industry and has successfully delivered a number of commercial and residential projects where her involvement on many of these projects has been from inception through to completion and handover. She works closely with the Clients to ensure that the design team meet the Client’s brief and maximise the value of the scheme within the budget. She is often involved with Client’s from the outset, assisting with their Development Appraisal and preparing Development Cashflow for drawdowns. Manuela undertook a wide range of roles on all aspects of the Quantity Surveying function including; measurement, cost planning, financial reports, project cashflows, tender analysis, preparation of tender & contract documents and valuation analysis. During the past 15 years Manuela has had involvement and experienced in wide range of sectors such as residential, commercial, health, retail and industrial in both pre and post contract services on numerous refurbishment and new build projects varying in value and complexity.
