About Manuela Mangano

As back office operator, I’m a detail oriented person, with a proactive attitude that focuses on encompassing more than my daily to-do list. I’m that person whose patience and perseverance have been developed to take advantages of situations that require them. After the graduation in Linguistic and Cultural Mediation in Milan, I decided to move to Spain, because it would give me the chance to put into practice what I learnt about new cultures and lifestyles. I’m also quite fascinated with other foreign languages such as French or Catalan, that’s why I help my colleagues using my skills in translating issues. As I work in an export-focused company, the main purpose is to connect with rest of the world, and what I’m expected to do is translating what my colleagues have to sell into what clients wants to buy, therefore the language in which I am specializing the most is that of sales. My career suggests that I am helpful, always ready to give support, competencies that connote me not only in the professional environment but also in the private one. When I am not on the job, I love travelling and having the opportunity to develop my competencies in those skills which make an open-minded person. My specialties include foreign languages, teamwork, processing, data management, commercial awareness, technical support, business development activities, back office computer systems, proficiency in MS Office, organizational and time management skills, aptitude in problem-solving and decision-making, excellent written and verbal communication skills, receptionist duties when needed.
