As a Senior Product Manager at Urban Company, I lead the matching and partner utilization team that optimizes the supply-demand balance and maximizes the efficiency and quality of our services. I have over three years of experience in product management, having previously worked on customer and partner matching, trust and safety, and cloud communications at Urban Company. I leverage my skills in data analysis, data science, and machine learning to design and deliver data-driven solutions that enhance the customer and partner experience and satisfaction. I am also a proud recipient of the OPJEMS Award for academic and leadership excellence, and a graduate of IIT Roorkee with a B.Tech. degree in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering. I am passionate about building products that solve real-world problems and create value for millions of users.
