Globally educated with dual postgraduate degrees from India (MBA, IIM Bangalore) and Canada (Exec MBA, Rotman School of Management) and worked across three countries, India, Philippines and Canada. Worked closely with co-founders to create Asia's largest talent evaluation company sold for $100m. Played a leadership role at Aspiring Minds, an early-stage B2B SaaS startup focused on Artificial Intelligence HR Tech products. Responsible for growth including Go To Market strategy and entry into new geographies. Adept at board conversations, CXO engagement, leading multi-cultural and cross-functional teams. Supported the founders with business strategy, financial modeling, board meetings, corporate development and acquisitions. As a part of Solution Strategy team at SHL, designed and successfully implemented transformation strategy to transition SHL to B2B SaaS company, from service-led organization to product-led organization. Currently leading the Global Presales Centre of Excellence at SHL. My work reflects a strong focus on leveraging technology and data-driven insights to deliver impactful solutions and drive business transformation.
