Hi, I am Manya Nagpal, a third-year learner at Symbiosis Law School, Noida. As a first-generation lawyer, I am driven by a relentless passion for the law and a deep commitment to justice. I am currently on a transformative journey to realize my aspirations of making a meaningful impact in the legal field. My time as a student has provided me with a strong foundation in legal studies, sharpening my analytical skills and nurturing my understanding of the intricacies of the legal world. I am dedicated to not only excelling academically but also actively participating in enriching experiences that broaden my legal horizons. I am privileged to serve as the Co-Convenor of the Legal Aid Centre, where I actively contribute to initiatives aimed at providing legal assistance to those in need. This role has been instrumental in helping me witness the power of the law as a force for positive change in the lives of individuals and communities. I am also honoured to be the Campus Director for the UN Millennium Fellowship Program’24, where I work on impactful projects aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), fostering collaboration and creating solutions to pressing societal challenges. My areas of interest include Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), Fashion Law, and Data Protection Laws. I am particularly inspired by and have interned with leading law firms like Anand and Anand, whose work aligns with my aspirations. These fields resonate with my passion for creativity, innovation, and the intersection of law with emerging industries and technology. I am excited about the journey ahead as I continue to learn, grow, and work towards my aspiration of becoming a lawyer who advocates for justice, equality, and the rule of law, while exploring opportunities to contribute meaningfully to the ever-evolving legal landscape.
