About Mar Perezts

Completely at ease in multi-cultural environments, I cherish openness and curiosity as the basis for my professional and personal life. My two main areas of specialization (Philosophy and Administrative science/business ethics) are approached from an international perspective, and allow me to cover a broad range of interests for the contemporary world. My PhD in Administrative and Organization Science was entitled "Ethics as situated practice. A study of ethics at work in banking compliance", and was based on ethnographic work in an Anti-money laundering unit of a major French Investment bank. I am now trilled to be an Associate Professor at EMLYON Business School, and to carry out research projects and teaching in the areas of Business Ethics, Philosophy and Management, and Human Resource Management. I also am part of OCE Research Center. I master four languages (Spanish, English, French and Italian) and have solid communication, relation, research and teaching skills, acquired over years’ practice and the passion for theatrical techniques.
