My vision is to create a high performing team that adds value to our customers by understanding their changing business needs. I believe leadership is at all levels and strive to lead by example, ensuring that our people are approachable, knowledgeable, and available to our customers. I am committed to continuous improvement, constantly seeking to enhance our processes and service levels. With more than 20+ years in managing Shared Service teams, I take pride in building my team and helping them be the best they can be. I have undertaken multiple system implementations including Ariba, Concur, Oracle, SAP and Corporate Credit Card programs. My strengths lie in people management where I have managed diverse teams in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Procurement, Expense Management and Master Data Management and recently in Accounting. I take a personalized, proactive and pre-emptive approach ensuring a seamless experience for my stakeholders, team and customers across Procure to Pay and Finance. Having been selected as a high performer to move to Europe, I have undertaken many change management projects and continue to improve Payment On-Time, implementation of corporate credit card programs and implementation of Ariba procurement process across Europe and now, in-housing the Shared Service Centre to the Centre of Excellence.
