Background

About Marala Goode

With over six years of experience in political analysis, strategy, and coordination, I am a passionate and driven Gerente de relaciones estratégicas at CENCOR, a leading brokerage firm in Mexico. I have a Ph.D. in Political Science and Government from Northwestern University, and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and International Relations from CIDE, one of the most prestigious academic institutions in Latin America. My mission is to provide accurate, timely, and relevant information and advice to CENCOR's clients, partners, and stakeholders on the political and legislative environment in Mexico and abroad. I value integrity, innovation, and collaboration, and I strive to contribute to CENCOR's vision of creating value and opportunities for its customers and society. In my current role, I leverage my analytical and communication skills to monitor, research, and report on the political and economic trends, risks, and opportunities that affect CENCOR's business and interests. I also build and maintain strategic relationships with key actors in the public and private sectors, such as government officials, regulators, media, civil society, and academia, to facilitate dialogue, cooperation, and advocacy. Additionally, I coordinate and support the development and implementation of CENCOR's corporate social responsibility and sustainability initiatives, aligning them with the company's values and goals. Some of my recent achievements include securing a large contract with a major international organization, leading a successful campaign to promote CENCOR's brand and reputation, and publishing several articles and reports on topics such as electoral reform, energy policy, and trade agreements.
