About Maranda Mitchell

As a highly motivated self-starter, I am always determined accomplish my goals despite any obstacle, and to simplify the complex. Analyzing processes, patterns, and data have always been core abilities for me since I naturally gravitate towards identifying patterns and consistencies in my learning, and planning styles. I have a passion for creating necessary items were “nothing” exists and improving upon what already exists. My early mechanical engineering education feeds into my ability to develop new processes, or map out, and improve upon the ones that are not as efficient as they could be. Additionally, my business management educational background helps me to collaborate with existing teams within organizations to help them accomplish their strategic goals. Continuous improvement, as a core value, is a key element in helping me to perfect my professional craft, as well as honing my personality. I dedicate every day to improving my ability to communicating effectively, to collaborating well with others, to listening with compassion and understanding, and to leading by example in all areas of my life.
