I like international business, driving teams to maximum performance and (over)achieving goals. Motivating people is one of my strong points, along with building teams in order to reach results set by plans. I strongly believe in the fact that best results in a company will be reached when teams work together in an open atmosphere and communication. I am high energetic person who is focussed on achievements in balance with leisure time. My motto’s are- whatever can be done today, do it today - the best performances are made by happy people. My key values are integrity, transparency, respect en reliability. These values for me are the basis in business as well as in my private life. I am an extravert person with respect to people, friends and colleagues, easy in making contacts and like to deal with different type of persons, nationalities and cultures. In Private life I like sports as fitness, football, running and skiing. Further hobbies when time permits are rebuilding classic cars, motorbikes and houses.
