About Marc-Andre Laliberte

Product manager with skills related to entrepreneurship, applicated science, graphic design, software, operation excellence, mentoring/training, salesmanship and customer relations. All deeply rooted aspects of my personality that proved useful since the first day I worked. at age 11. I am passionate, curious, enthusiastic and highly motivated. I love being and working with people: listening, questioning, challenging, learning, suggesting, consulting. aligning, explaining, teaching. but also laughing, goofing, comforting, counselling, and just talking. I thrive at helping people to solve their problems or simply to get the ball rolling for whatever idea or need they may express. And if I don't have the answer right away, I always know one who would. I also like things well designed and thought through: systems, tools, processes and products. I have an analytical mind, but also creative. I am pragmatic, but using a systemic approach. I am driven, but still empathic and not overambitious. I adapt to situations and people to find the right path, and the right words, to get to the result.
