Specialized in the management and leadership of projects in the Hydrogen and PEMFC industry. I have experience in managing the Sales and Marketing area, and in coordinating its alignment with the Production, Quality, Engineering and R&D departments. Where I could add value: • Creation of new business units (or existing small business units) that need to align the objectives of the sales department with the technical requirements of the R&D, Engineering and Production areas • Specific focus is on companies where their sales departments have not met current growth targets and need a strategic refocus.
