About Marc Balducci

Long before he entered the world of wealth management, Marc began learning his family's recipe for providing unsurpassed service and unforgettable experiences. Marc's grandfather was Louis Balducci, who immigrated from Corato, Italy to New York in 1916 with a vision. In 1946, he established the renowned New York landmark: Balducci's Gourmet Market. Rapidly, it became known as the premier market for New Yorkers – revered by its patrons and praised in Crain's, The New York Times, and many other publications for its family-oriented atmosphere and exceptional quality of product and service. These characteristics endured for decades and became cornerstones of Marc's offering to clients when he joined Merrill in 2001. Today, Marc helps an elite circle of clients preserve and grow their wealth. They include current and retired partners of the "Big Four" accounting firms, major New York law firms, consulting professionals, along with C-suite corporate and other senior-level executives at the major worldwide insurance and reinsurance companies. Well-known in the industry, Marc was also selected to Forbes/SHOOK "Best-in-State Wealth Advisors" List for 2018**(Published on February 15, 2018. Rankings based on data as of June 30, 2017.) Marc proudly celebrates his family's heritage and the devotion of his immigrant grandfather and his grandmother (whose lineage can be traced back to The Revolutionary War), as a Son of The American Revolution. As a way of giving back to those who have served, he is involved with the charitable organization American Corporate Partners and helps mentor military veterans as they transition into the private sector. Marc lives on the east end of Long Island in Montauk with his wife, Denice, and their daughter, Valentina. Marc, Denice and Valentina love entertaining for family and friends over food, wine and great conversation. Marc is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys spending much of his free time outside with his daughter.
