Je consacre ma pratique au droit commercial et j'ai notamment développé une solide expertise en droit des institutions financières. J'ai de plus contribué à plusieurs transactions d'achat et de vente d'entreprise, à l'élaboration de produits financiers innovateurs y compris des produits pour la gestion de patrimoine, la mise sur pied d'alliances stratégiques et de partenariats commerciaux pour la distribution de produits financiers. J'ai également représenté des institutions financières auprès des autorités gouvernementales lorsque de nouveaux projets de lois ou règlements les régissant ou s'appliquant à la distribution de leurs produits ont été proposés. J'ai eu l'occasion d'initier plusieurs projets de lois d'intérêt privé qui furent adoptés par les législateurs. I devote my practice to commercial law and has specifically developed a solid expertise in financial institution law. I have also contributed to a number of business sale and purchase transactions, the development of innovative financial products, including estate management products, and the establishment of strategic alliances and commercial partnerships for distributing financial products. I have represented financial institutions before government authorities upon the tabling of new bills or draft regulations governing or applying to the distribution of their products. I have also initiated a number of private bills that were enacted into legislation.
